College can be tough – classes get challenging, and things can pile up quickly. While academics are important, I also wanted to focus on professional development to prepare for my future career. ALPFA has been instrumental in that by connecting me with mentors, offering professional development workshops, and even helping me land an internship. Beyond the practical benefits, ALPFA has fostered a strong sense of community. I'm surrounded by a network of ambitious Latino students and professionals who share similar stories and aspirations. We support each other, driven by the common goal of breaking barriers for Latinos in the business world. This sense of belonging and shared purpose has given me the confidence and courage to pursue my goals and become the best version of myself.
